Hatra, Iraq

Far from the main road, and the current path of the nearest river,  are the ruins of Hatra, which stretch for many miles through the desert. The best preserved party of this city are the temples and center of the city. On the approach, you can suit slight rises in the sand, outlining the former walls of homes and businesses.
